I understand that the racehorse simulator is a non-motorized mechanical device intended for educational and entertainment purposes. Although the simulator is designed to be safe for public use, physical activity always carries a risk of minor injury such as muscle strain or imbalance.

I confirm that the participant(s) named above:

• Is physically capable of participating in simulator activities

• Will follow all instructions provided by event staff or volunteers

• Will wear appropriate footwear and clothing

• Has no known medical condition that would be aggravated by this activity

Waiver of Liability

I acknowledge that I am responsible for the participation and safety of the participant(s) named above. I agree, on behalf of myself and the participant(s), to release and hold harmless the organizers, staff, volunteers, and the venue from any liability for injury, accident, or loss that may occur during participation with the racehorse simulator.
